Media Data Services, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, was founded in 1981 as a payroll service bureau by Joseph V. Fazio, President. Mr. Fazio was joined three years later by Dan DeCando, Vice President. In 2009, the company purchased Atlantic Payroll Services, which was renamed Media Atlantic. Together, Media Data Services, Inc. and Media Atlantic are referred to as “Media”.
The Company’s primary focus is to offer business owners an alternative to large, multi-national payroll companies. We believe that small and medium-sized business owners do not receive the personal attention that they desire and deserve from large payroll providers.
The company currently services more than 800 accounts and offers payroll and employer administrative services. Media's accounts are primarily located in New Jersey and typically average 1-200 employees in manufacturing and various service industries.
